Hanstholm Camping

 MTBO Camp 2015 is held at Hanstholm Camping April 15. – 18.

 Hanstholm Camping is situated in a very unique nature and is a part of the "Nationalpark Thy". The nationalpark was the first in Denmark and was selected due to the very special nature you find here.

 In the nationalpark you find several mountain bike routes and you also find unique possibilities for very good biking areas many places in our area.

 The "Northsea trial route" bicycle path is passing by our beach at Hanstholm Camp, this is a new bicycle route going all the way from Vorupør (middle part of Thy) and all the way to Bulbjerg through the most fantastic landscape. You can enter the bicycle part directly from the camping place. 

Only 4 kilometres from Hanstholm Camping you also find Tved Klitplantage, which gives possibilities for finding very variated bicycle paths and dense forest landscape. This will challenge your skills.

Hanstholm Camping has 36 huts/houses in many different sizes that accommodate from 2 to 8 persons per house. You can find detailed description of the houses and prices on our online booking. Click the icon in the top left corner of this page and get more information about this.

 All houses have kitchen, fridge, warm and cold water, heating, living room and terrace. There is all you need for cooking (pots and pans) and dining (plates etc.), but you have to bring your own soap, towels, dish towels, comforter and bed linen or a sleeping bag, etc.. You can also choose to rent comforter and bed linen – if you do so, remember to order this at the same time as you make your reservation for the house.

 The price is included consumption of electricity, water, waste etc. Cleaning is compulsory and is done by our staff after you have left the house. Just empty the house and take you trash to the trash bins, wash your dishes,  then we do the rest !.

 If you are a single person, you do not have to rent an entire house. You can rent a place in a house for only 20 Euro (150 D. Kroner) per night. You will have your own bed and will share the house with up to 4 person’s total. We select the house you get.

 During your stay you will have free Wi-Fi Internet. Get the password and username in reception at arrival.  Bring your laptop, the houses 2+4+6+8+10 all has a fixed by-wire Internet access, so in these house you have a stabile and very fast connection to the Internet.
